Return Policy

 

Do to the Coronavirus we will be allowing returns 14 days after we reopen our store for business.  We will send an email to you notifying you when we reopen.  We will be allowing a full refund on any items purchased (even sale items) between March 17th and two weeks after we reopen(to be announced).   We are also allowing Curbside returns and exchanges Monday - Friday 12-4pm.  Just call the store 5026183868 when you are outside and we will come to your car.  If you want an immediate refund, please follow instructions below.  Thanks so much for supporting our online store!

Exchange and Refunds: 
Our policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges and Refunds 
If you need to exchange it for the same item, or different item or need to return an item please send us an email at tunies.westport@gmail.com with your Order # Referenced, AND send your item to: 8801 Denington Drive, Louisville, Ky 40222. This email must be received 14 days after purchase or no exchanges or refunds will be allowed.

If you return an item to the store or by mail within the 14 days for a refund or an exchange we do not refund shipping cost from original purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item or for refunds.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
